热电偶冷端温度补偿的方法有1.冰浴法常用在实验室,即把参比端温度恒定在0度,但做起来成本高、难度大。
2.冷端温度校正法常用在要求不高的现场,即当冷端温度无法恒定为0度,就需要对仪表的指示值进行修正。做起来容易但误差较大。
3.补偿电桥法较少单独使用,是利用不平衡电桥产生的电势来补偿热电偶冷端温度变化所引起的热电势变化值。补偿电桥有单独产品,也有做在仪表内的。
4.补偿导线法这是zui常用的方法,即把热电偶延长把冷端引至温度较稳定的地方(通常为控制室),然后由人工来调正冷端温度,TXR-HF4补偿导线特点分析,即把仪表零点调至室温,或由仪表内电路进行自动补偿。对于贵金属热电偶把热电偶延长也是不可能的,因为价格太高行不通,就用热电特性相近的贱金属来做延长导线,中间温度定则是应用补偿导线的理论基础。补偿导线并不能自动补偿热电偶冷端温度的变化,仅只是将热电偶冷端引至温度较稳定的地方而已,补偿还要由人工和仪表来进行。因此补偿导线应该叫做热电偶延长线,这样才不会给人造成错误的理解。
1.工作温度:zui高200℃和260℃两种。
2.zui低环境温度;固定敷设-60℃;非固定敷设-20℃。
3.zui小弯曲半径:非铠装电缆不小于电缆外径的10倍,铠装电缆不小于电缆外径的12倍热电偶补偿导线简称补偿导线,通常由补偿导线合金丝、绝缘层、护套、屏蔽层组成。
